How to Use This Tool

Our diagnostics tool helps you identify common vehicle issues and quickly send the information to our shop. You can start with Search by Symptom or Search by Category:

Option 1: Search by Symptom

Use the Search by Symptom box if you know the specific issue your car is experiencing. This search works best with keywords only (for example: “brakes,” “leak,” “noise,” “battery”), not full sentences. Matching results will appear in a dropdown list. Select the symptom that best matches your issue to see possible parts and causes.

Option 2: Search by Category

If you’re not sure of the exact symptom, use Search by Category. Select the system or part of your vehicle (engine, transmission, brakes, etc.), then choose from the common problems listed. Matching parts and possible issues will be displayed.

Review Possible Parts

Each selected symptom or category will display a list of possible parts related to the problem. Click on a part to view more details, including common problems and descriptions. When you believe a part matches your issue, click Add to Service List.

Finalize & Schedule

As you add parts, they will appear in your Selected Services list at the bottom of the page. Once you’ve added all issues, click Schedule Selected Services. This will populate our contact form with your information and send the details directly to the shop. A team member will review your request and call you as soon as possible to confirm and schedule your appointment.
